Anna Schlegel “embraces chaos” and “creates leaders, rule breakers and innovators who drive company-wide change,” according to Lucie Newcomb, the CEO who nominated her as a Woman of Influence.
“Anna is a respected leader and innovator in the space of global content information strategy,” Newcomb said. “She manages a team of about 200 at NetApp where they lead information engineering and a centralized Globalization Center of Excellence. They are chartered to manage all product content and information strategy as well as globalization for the company.
“Anna started managing the international digital team at NetApp and added the localization team for the company. In a couple of years, Anna was leading the globalization strategy for the company and followed by annexing the information engineering team. Today, Anna leads the Information Center of Excellence as well as the Globalization Center of Excellence.”
